1. Check the packaging when it arrives
Inspect the bag and seal before opening the spool. Keep the material and color identification with the spool. If the package appears damaged, record it and contact our team before drawing conclusions from a print test.
2. Limit unnecessary exposure
Keep unused filament protected between printing sessions. A suitable sealed storage container and appropriate desiccant can form part of your handling routine. Follow the guidance for your specific material and storage equipment.
3. Watch for changes in the print
If results change, record the material, storage conditions, printer and settings. Keep the comparison controlled and change one factor at a time. A photo of a print alone may not identify the cause, so include the setup and handling history when requesting help.
4. Ask for material-specific advice
Drying procedures depend on the material and the equipment. Do not apply an unconfirmed temperature or time to every filament. Contact our team with the series and the storage or drying equipment you plan to use.
